STXY GmbH (herinafter referred to as "STYX") takes the protection of your personal data seriously and adheres to the statutory provision and in particular also the regulation of data protection law.

The following statement will provide you with an overview of what type of personal data are collected for what purpose and on what legal basis. 3. Data Procession on this Website

As a result of the mere informational use of this website, STYX will automatically collect and store information your browser transmits to us in the server log files. These data are technically necessary for us in order to show you this website and to guarantee stability and security (the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):

• Referrer URL (previously visited site); and

• Name and URL of the accessed file as well as data volume transferred.

STYX will not attribute these data to specific persons and there will not be any merger of these data with other data sources. Once the data have been used for the above-mentioned purposes, STYX will delete the data.

Furthermore, cookies will be stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you use, and with which the provider of the cookie (i.e. in this case us) receives particular information.
